Hier nochmal auf Deutsch um was es geht !

Ich und Julian sind zwei Schüler vom Carl-Bosch Gymnasium in Ludwigshafen. Wir beide haben Udacity.com entdeckt und fanden es Klasse und nehmen nun an einem Wettbewerb von Udacity teil !

 Die erste Frage ist nun : Was ist Udacity überahupt ?

Udacity.com ist ein Internetportal bei dem man hochqualifizierte Kurse belegen kann. Sie werden auf Englisch von Spitzenprofessoren unterrichtet. Manche Professoren haben auch bei Stanford unterrichtet!
Die Kurse sind sehr interessant für Studenten im Bereich Mathematik/Informatik und Physik.

Nun zum Wettbewerb :

Wir beide haben schon vor dem Wettbewerb von Udacity gewusst und auch daran teilgenommen.
Nun hat die Seite eine High School Challenge  gestartet bei der wir natürlich teilnehmen. Die Aufgabe lautet:
Stelle ein Team zusammen , das Kurse absolviert. Das Punktesaystem ist ganz einfach : Jedes Teammitglied das eine Unit absolviert ( 1kurs = 7 Units) erntet einen Punkt für das ganze Team. Bsp: Mitglied 1 macht einen ganzen Kurs und noch 2 andere Units und Mitglied 2  mach nur 4 Units : Das heißt es sind 13 Units und somit 13 Punkte. Logischerweise hat man mehr Chancen diesen Wettbewerb zu gewinnen , indem man mehr Mitglieder hat : Team 1 mit 100 Mitgliedern und Team 2 mit 50 Mitgliedern : Macht bei Team 1 jeder nur eine einzige Unit muss bei Team 2 jeder 2 Units machen. Ich hoffe es ist verständlich! Unser Team hat bis jetzt 33 internationale Mitglieder und wir sind weltweit 14ter. Das größte Team hat 77 Mitglieder also haben wir noch reele Chancen zum Sieg.

What is Udacity?

Udacity is not just for this one challenge. They are part of the beginnings of free online education, along with Coursera and MIT OpenCourseWare (where I’m currently taking intro to physics). They have a lot of math, algorithms, and computer science courses that could help for IT job applications in the future. Some that may interest you are Intro to Computer Science (using python), Intro to Statistics, Algorithms, Logic and Discrete Mathematics, Web Application Engineering, and Software Testing. These are taught by university professors and people like Steve Huffman, the co-founder of reddit.com.

Nice Course for everybody who's interested into programming languages !

There is no prior programming knowledge needed for this course. Beginners welcome!


What will I learn ?
